Hi, I`m Brian Langtry and welcome to “oneactplays.org.uk”. Back in 2003 I set up the first oneactplays site hoping to provide a market place for my own work and for other writers looking for the opportunity to have a presence on the Net. I was delighted to subsequently enlist some 16 playwrights, and there is still room for more. I hope this website gives others the opportunity to showcase their work. This website contains brief information about a wide range of possible productions varied in genre, time and actor numbers. I hope you will find something here that you find interesting and enthuses you to bring the play to life. My philosophy is to provide a collaborative and non- bureaucratic agreement which is straightforward in content, boundaries and expectations on both parties. I hope you find the contents of the site inviting and accessible and welcome any comments you might have. All the plays on the site currently have been performed and thus are tried and tested.
