One Act Plays - Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reading scripts for up to 3 separate plays can be obtained by forwarding a cheque for £5, payable to 'Legless Productions 50, Marlborough Way, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire LE65 2QR' . Scripts will be emailed on receipt and the £5 charge will be deducted from royalties due in the event of performance.

All works are allocated a code cost based upon running time as follows-

Code A - £25 - sketches and shorts.
Code B - £30 - one act plays lasting less than 30 minutes.
Code C - £35 - one act plays with more than a 30 minute duration and single 'one off' performances.
Code D - £40 - £60 Full length plays and musicals.

These prices are per performance.

1. Combinations of three plays to compose a full evening will be offered at a reduced charge.
2. Scripts are normally distributed via the Net and thus do not incur postal or printing costs. You will be authorised to print off an agreed number of scripts and agree to their destruction once the works have been performed.
3. In the event of a customer requiring hard copies a nominal cost of £3 will be made to cover costs.
4. All works are covered by copyright to 'Legless Productions' and any unauthorised use is strictly forbidden.
5. An invoice will be sent to you within 14 days of the end of the agreed performances and payment must be made to 'Legless Productions within 30 days from the date of that invoice.
6. All customers will be required to sign the 'Legless Productions' agreement which will be forwarded once dates and details are finalised. No performances may take place without the signing of this agreement.
